Worm Escape ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you play our iOS game, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect Directly
You do not need an account to play. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location, and we do not knowingly collect that information ourselves.
Your game progress and settings (levels completed, sound and other preferences) are stored locally on your device.
2. Advertising
The App shows ads between levels and an optional rewarded ad on the fail screen, served through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may process device and usage data such as an advertising identifier (IDFA/IDFA-equivalent), approximate (coarse) location, device type and settings, and ad interactions.

3. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
The first time ads are shown, iOS asks for your permission to track using the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, the App still works and still shows ads, but they will be non-personalized. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription that removes ads. All purchases are processed securely by Apple through the App Store; we do not receive or store your payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings.
5. Analytics and Diagnostics
Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated statistics such as download numbers, crash reports, and basic performance data through App Store Connect. This information does not identify individual users.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is family-friendly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers described above (Apple and Google AdMob) to operate the App, show ads, and process purchases.
8. Your Choices
- Decline tracking in the iOS prompt to receive non-personalized ads.
- Subscribe to remove ads entirely.
- Reset your advertising identifier in iOS Settings.
- Delete the App to remove locally stored progress.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
