These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Worm Escape mobile game ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") for iPhone and iPad. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Provider
The App is provided by Nadzeya Yashchuk, a sole proprietor based in Wals-Siezenheim, Austria. Full publisher and contact details are listed in the Impressum.
2. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. All App Store rules (including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement) also apply to your use of the App.
3. Free Levels, Ads & Subscriptions
All game levels are free to play. The App shows ads between levels and an optional rewarded ad on the fail screen. We also offer an optional auto-renewable subscription that removes ads; it does not change the levels, lives, or difficulty, which are the same for everyone.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings. 4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App: do not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt it, circumvent ads or purchase mechanisms, or use it in any unlawful way or in violation of App Store rules.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, artwork, characters, levels, and code, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our property. The license above does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
6. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
